The island of Santorini's rich volcanic soil and particular weather conditions provide a wide variety of natural ingredients, full of Mediterranean sun and flavor. Our Hotel owner, Mr George Karamolegos, spends a great deal of his personal time caring about the hotel's organic farm, where most of our restaurant's supplies come from!

The menu consists of delicious local dishes, based on the Greek 'cuisine philosophy', praised for its healthy as well as tasteful nature. You can also enjoy fresh fish for lunch or dinner, as long as you give us one day's notice, so we can make sure we get the best from the local fishermen, early in the morning.

In case you feel like enjoying some privacy, breakfast, lunch or dinner can be served on your private veranda.
